How long does setup take?

On average, setup takes less than one week. However, time can vary based on the number of users, locations, and the complexity of each site’s requirements, as well as your team availability.

Who builds my regulatory register?

Using Dakota’s proprietary regulatory database and applicability tools, our team of Compliance Services experts work with you to identify all applicable federal and state requirements. We then provide you with an exhaustive list of all applicable citations for a complete and accurate EHS regulatory register.

Do I get compliance calendars?

Once your legal registers are complete, we’ll translate the requirements into plain-language, actionable compliance tasks and inspection templates, then upload them into the software for you. We can also incorporate your permit requirements and internal policies to centralize all of your compliance related activities.

How much does Compliance+ cost?

Compliance+ pricing is based on a couple factors. The first is the number of locations requiring software access, which costs $209 per location, monthly. The cost for developing your registers, tasks and inspections templates depends on the complexity of your sites. Our Compliance Services team bills at $150 per hour and will always provide a clear estimate before starting work.

What happens once setup is complete?

You’ll have a fully configured compliance management system ready for daily use. If desired, we can continue providing regulatory updates and keep your compliance plans current through ongoing support.

Of course. Our goal is to help you get started quickly with the activities that matter most to you. From there, you can use the software to manage any type of activity, from day-to-day tasks to Corrective and Preventive Actions.
